Shipping policy

All Body Goodies products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Kindly note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before it is handed off to the carrier.

Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is no longer the responsibility of Body Goodies. At that point, shipping and delivery are handled by United States Postal Service.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been accepted by the post office. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 for assistance.

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Body Goodies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
